Ditem Explorations is an exploration and development company incorporated in May 1993 under the Canada Business Corporations Act and has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (DIT, TSX-Vx) since 1995.

Ditem also trades on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol D8X since January 2007.

The main properties of the Company are located in the Otish Basin of the Otish Mountains region of north-central Quebec and the Athabasca Basin of the Athabasca Lake region of northern Saskatchewan.

Other properties and high impact exploration projects in Quebec and in Canada are currently being evaluated.
