BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR $1,000,000
Ditem is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement for a brokered, private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. The placement is composed of flow-through units (the "Flow-Through Units”) for gross proceeds of $750,000 and cash units (the "Cash Units”) for gross proceeds of $250,000 will be made by MGI Securities ("MGI”). The financing is subject to regulatory approval.

DITEM SIGNS LOI FOR ABITIBI’S BRUELL GOLD PROPERTY
Ditem Explorations (TSX-Vx: DIT) is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent with an arm’s length third party to acquire a 100% interest in the Bruell gold property in Vauquelin Townshiip near Val-d’Or, Abitibi. The Bruell Property is composed of 43 claims for a total of 2,474 hectares (24.74 km²).

Ditem also trades on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol D8X since January 2007.
The main properties of the Company are located in Quebec in the Detour Gold Trend area west of Matagami, the Bruel Property in the Val-d’Or area, the Lalande Properrty on the North Shore near La Romaine and several properties in the Otish Mountains region of north-central Quebec. The Company also has properties in the Athabasca Lake region of northern Saskatchewan.
