Raymond Savoie, President
Raymond Savoie Ll. L, (Laval University), has been president and chairman of the Company since February 28th, 2001. Mr. Savoie has been involved with various aspects of mining exploration for the past 20 years and is currently president and CEO of Gastem and director of several public and private companies. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Savoie was Quebec's Minister of Mines and from 1991-1994, Minister of Revenue.

Raymond Davies, Ph. D.

Raymond Davies, Ph. D., has been a director of the Company since September 29th 1995. He holds a B.Sc. from Witwatersrand University in South Africa, and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. from McGill University (Montreal). Mr. Davies has worked for De Beers in South Africa and has been the general manager and vice-president of Monopros, the Canadian subsidiary of De Beers, from 1976 to 1983, and has worked for Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting, Lytton Minerals and other exploration and mining companies here and abroad.

Nick Di Perno

Mr. Di Perno, with forty years experience in business is well known in insurance in Canada and abroad. He has been past President of the Quebec Insurance Brokers Association and was Senior Vice President of the Canadian Federation of Insurance Agents and Brokers Associations. Mr. Di Perno is a Board Member of several companies and was a founding member of Ditem.

Richard Marc Lacasse, Ph. D.
Richard-Marc Lacasse, Ph. D., a director of the Company since February 28th 2001. After studying at the University of Ottawa, he obtained a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship from the Université de Nice (France) in 1990 and is currently teaching at the Université du Québec. He has published over one hundred communications and studies on strategy and entrepreneurship as well as on technological innovation. In recent years, Mr. Lacasse has also participated in the funding and development of several public companies, particularly in the high-tech and mining sectors.

Régent Watier, CA

Régent Watier, FCA, is head of investment for the FondAction of the CSN since 2000. From 1992 to 2000, he was an associate director of Malette Maheu/Arthur Andersen. Mr. Watier has been a Ditem director since 2002.

Lo-Sun Jen, Ph. D.
Senior analyst formerly with NRCan as Executive Advisor on Mining Development and Investment, as well as being responsible for the China file. Mr Jen retired in February 2007, and now manages Ditem MOU and discussions with Sinosteel as well as other files.
