The Company

 

Ditem Explorations is a uranium exploration and development company incorporated in May 1993 under the Canada Business Corporations Act and has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (DIT, TSX-Vx) since 1995. Ditem also trades on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol D8X since January 2007.

The main properties of the Company are located in the Otish Basin of the Otish Mountains region of north-central Quebec and the Athabasca Basin of the Athabasca Lake region of North Saskatchewan. Other properties and high impact exploration projects in Quebec and in Canada are currently being evaluated.

 

Saskatchewan Properties

 

Ditem has two properties situated in the Athabasca Basin: the Beartooth Island (230 km²) and Cree Lake (249 km²). Both properties are located in key areas of the world's most productive uranium Basin producing 25% of the world's uranium and the only area currently producing uranium in Canada.

 

Quebec Properties

 

Ditem has 258 km² of highly prospective uranium claims at its Otish Uranium property in the Otish Mountain Basin. The Otish Mountain Basin is the most prospective area for uranium exploration in Quebec.
